The role is to provide support to the ICG segments across all EMEA countries for a specific regulatory project.
The project involves the mapping of all regulations in Citi’s inventory to underlying controls as reflected in each departments Managers Control Assessment (MCA). The project covers in excess of 12,000 regulations across 97 jurisdictions.
In addition to supporting the regulatory project, the role may require the individual to provide back fill support for BAU MCA activities to the MCA Governance Team or to Operations departments.
• Work in partnership with ICG segments to achieve success in the implementation of the global regulatory initiative
Specific focus will be on:
• Assisting in the mapping of regulations to controls
• Reviewing control descriptions for quality and content
• Assisting with the remediation of any gaps highlighted through the mapping process
• Work closely with Citi’s consultants to understand current status, progress and risks of the program.
• Understand any changes in the program and ensure all impacted areas are aware of these changes.

BAU Support:

• Ensure risk assessment activities required by the Business lines are undertaken on a timely basis.
• Work with the Operational risk Management team and the Operations teams to implement dependencies within the risk management system.
• Review adoption of standard MCA profiles across Operations and Technology.
• Data Quality Analysis on MCA Data and engagement with Business contacts including Architects, Assessment Unit/MGE Owners / Coordinators
• Quality assurance reviews of control testing
• Strong MS office knowledge, particularly Excel and Power Point is critical.
• Strong Project Management Skills
